Comments/reviews made in relation to products sold on cloutgrp.com may be automatically removed if classified by “Us” to be irrelevant, spam, mentions competitor or industry-related brand names (both brands we carry, or do not carry), or that could be considered intentionally damaging without core merit, as determined by “Us”. Comments/reviews may be unapproved if the reviewer “You” make use of information deemed by “Us” to be false, contains incorrect spelling and grammar, offensive language, or is considered by “Us” to be of a tone or style of language that does not reflect the values and principles of our brands, or the Clout Group platform in general. Clout Group reserves the right to suspend user accounts or reviewing ability at any time, and at our discretion, based on the violation of any of its policies.

Written testimonials submitted by way of our website or contact form may be used by Us for purposes of marketing at any time. We may, at our discretion use the actual first name of the Customer (You), as well as your skin type or skin condition to promote any of our services or products listed on www.cloutgrp.com, including but not restricted to, Clout Group website www.cloutgrp.com, Clout Group email subscribers list and/or Clout Group social media accounts owned/managed by Clout Group on behalf of our brands. We will never distribute photographic testimonials or disclose any other personal information other than the above stated, without the prior written consent of the Customer (You).
