Return & Refund Policy
We, at Clout, take product integrity very seriously to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our customers. As such, we have a strict Return Policy.
30-Day Return Policy
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, which means you only have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging and undamaged condition.
- The product must not have been exposed to direct sunlight, heat, extreme cold, humidity, or any other conditions that could compromise its quality.
- All returned items are subject to inspection before a return or exchange is approved.
- To start a return, you can contact us at admin@cloutgrp.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the Shipping Address below.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via EFT or where possible the original method of payment, within a certain number of Business Days.
Exclusions
- Opened, used, or tampered products will not be accepted for return.
- Sale items and promotional products are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed defective upon delivery to the customer.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Exchanges
Product exchanges are subject to approval and must be confirmed in writing before any item is returned.
Defective or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately, by sending us an email at admin@cloutgrp.com, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, the item may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a direct replacement (subject to stock availability), pending assessment and confirmation by Clout Group (Pty) Limited.

If you are shipping an item over R500.00 we suggest you make use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Shipping / Courier Costs
Shipping or Courier fees for any return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
